ISONAS Inc., a Pure IP access control system manufacturer, announced that its new hardware platform, the Pure IP RC-04 will be available in late December and shipping into local distributors over the course of the month.

Cutting-edge access control technology

The ISONAS Pure IP RC-04 hardware platform delivers an entirely revamped aesthetic with the addition of multiple form factors and forward functionality that increases flexibility for the customer in how and where their access control is installed; whether used as a standalone product or with the ISONAS Pure Access software. ISONAS continues to lead the way with a cutting-edge solution that includes the latest technology in the market.

"The Pure IP RC-04 family is the next major evolution in driving
the market towards edge-based
access control"

The addition of a standard backlit keypad and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) capability, it enables customers to utilise their mobile device as a credential. The new Pure Mobile application will allow for a simpler enrolment and activation process. As a special bonus, customers can receive their Pure Mobile credentials free for the first quarter of 2017. Simply receive an activation code from a local partner and make access control into a simple, hassle free part of the day with the use of a mobile device.

Edge-based access control

“The Pure IP RC-04 family is the next major evolution in driving the market towards edge-based access control. With the ability to utilise Bluetooth credentials and great aesthetics, this reader controller family will be a major player in tomorrow’s access control market,” states Robert Lydic, Global VP of Sales at ISONAS. “We are excited to be able to close 2016 with the availability of our new hardware platform and help take the Pure IP revolution to the next level in 2017.”

The ISONAS Pure IP reader-controller continues to be an all-in-one intelligent device and leads the industry in edge-based reader and controller technology. The RC-04 leverages ISONAS’s current patented technology and requires a single CAT5 cable to provide power and data; eliminating the need for a panel and providing a simpler and smarter alternative all at the edge. Customers can continue to leverage their existing network infrastructure with this new hardware solution.
