IDEMIA, the globally renowned company in identity technologies, has announced that its Board of Directors has elected Erik Maris as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective immediately.

Erik Maris has been an IDEMIA Board Member since 2022 and an Advisory Partner at Advent International Ltd, since November 2020. As a specialist in complex and cross-border transactions, Erik has led more than a hundred operations in his career.

Before joining Advent, Erik Maris Co-Founded Messier Maris & Associés, and spent 19 years at Lazard France. Erik Maris’ appointment follows Yann Delabriere’s resignation from IDEMIA’s Supervisory Board.
