Integrated Control Technology (ICT®), a global manufacturer of intelligent access control and security solutions, celebrates twenty years of securing people and property through innovative solutions.

Founded by Hayden and Rachael Burr on October 15, 2003, ICT has grown from humble beginnings to become a globally recognised pioneer of security technologies.

Hayden Burr, CEO of ICT, states: “My vision was a unification of access control, intrusion, and automation. The key part was to make it simple. We designed something that could handle intrusion, access control, or building automation independently, but shows its true power when combined.

Continual product refinements

Significant investments have been made to drive market innovation, with further expansion

ICT secures tens of thousands of properties around the world, with headquarters, R&D, and manufacturing in New Zealand and offices in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Hong Kong.

Hayden Burr continues: “The business is focused on solving customer problems 100% of the time, this has been the driving force behind the evolution of our hardware and software over the past twenty years.”

Continual product refinements are a testament to this focus, which is why ICT dedicates 40% of the New Zealand workforce to research and development. Significant investments have been made to drive market innovation, with further expansion underway in North America and EMEA.

Latest cyber security protection

Exciting developments are on the horizon. Our new cloud-based access and security platform Protege X includes the latest cyber security protection, offering complete scalability and unified management. You can also expect to see several new releases as ICT embarks on further growth in 2024,” explains Hayden Burr.

ICT would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all its partners for their contribution to the company's success.
