Hikvision, a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of security products and solutions that deliver the ideal combination of high performance and extreme value, announces the introduction of two new TurboHD AcuSense Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) with deep learning-based motion detection 2.0 technology.

Our new TurboHD AcuSense DVRs are the ideal solution to equip analogue systems with advanced motion detection features,” said John Xiao, Vice President of Marketing, Hikvision USA, adding, “With deep learning-based motion detection 2.0, users can dramatically reduce false alarms commonly caused by leaves, light, and wind, resulting in more effective alarms.”

TurboHD AcuSense DVRs

Both the TurboHD AcuSense DVR iDS-7208HQHI-M1/S, with up to 12-channel IP camera inputs, and the TurboHD AcuSense DVR iDS-7216HQHI-M2/S, with up to 24-channel IP camera inputs, provide deep learning-based motion detection 2.0 by default for all analog channels. Each also offers up to 10 TB capacity per HDD.

Several other advanced features enhance the value of both TurboHD AcuSense DVRs. Quick search by object or event type and smart search for efficient playback are supported. H.265 Pro+ video compression improves encoding efficiency, while reducing data storage costs. Both recorders support multiple video content analytics (VCAs) for analogue and smart IP cameras.
