Hanwha Techwin Europe’s Managing Director Bob (H.Y.) Hwang Ph.D. explains the thinking behind Hanwha Techwin’s theme ‘WE MOVE with trust’.

WE MOVE with trust in our partners

We recognise the opportunity to build on the trust we have in our distribution and solution partners. We respect and highly value their expertise and the vital contribution they make to the supply chain for the benefit of installers, system integrators and end-user customers.

WE MOVE with trust in our cyber security

Our IFSEC ‘trust’ theme signifies the steps we are taking to strengthen these partnerships, such as working together to manage the cyber security threat. Although no manufacturer can offer 100% guarantees, we have a sustained testing and monitoring programme designed to identify and quickly respond to evolving new threats to the integrity of our solutions.

WE MOVE with trust in our quality & service - We are also continuing to grow our locally based pre and post-sales teams, as well as offering a fast turn around repair service. We believe that trust is also under pinned by our offering an Advance Replacement service. If a product develops a fault during the first year of warranty, a replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours of the request.

WE MOVE with a 5 year warranty- We are rewarding the trust which Silver, Gold and Diamond level STEP Partners have placed in Hanwha Techwin and our solutions with an extended 5 year Warranty Program.”

Live camera and NVR demonstrations

Hanwha Techwin’s ambition is to provide live demonstrations at IFSEC of various camera and NVR solutions, including:

  • Wisenet HD+ analogue cameras which deliver Full HD images in 1080p without the need to upgrade cabling infrastructure
  • Wisenet Q entry level cameras which deliver feature rich 2MP or 4MP images
  • Wisenet X cameras which are supercharged by the most powerful chipset ever incorporated into a full camera range
  • Wisenet T explosion proof cameras for hazardous and harsh areas
  • Wisenet P premium top of the range cameras which deliver superb quality 4K (12MP) images
  • Entry level QRN and mid-range XRN NVRs. These are a complete replacement for the highly successful SRN NVR range which proved to very popular among installers and systems integrators over recent years.

“Too often, exhibition visitors are shown sanitised, pre-recorded video and expected to imagine how cameras will perform in real-life situations,” said Tim Biddulph, Head of Product and Solutions for Hanwha Techwin Europe.

“On stand G800 we intend to provide live demonstrations of our product and solution benefits. Examples include advanced WDR and WiseStream compression technology, both of which are unique to Hanwha Techwin, and how they are supported by our new Smart Security Manager (SSM) 2.0 software platform. We will also show solutions for access control, roadway incidents, ANPR, people counting, heat mapping, facial recognition, and audio analytics.”

Korean heritage pride

Hanwha Techwin is proud of its Korean heritage and what it represents in terms of a long history of designing and developing quality products and solutions. The Hanwha Techwin team is looking forward to welcoming potential and existing customers, to a ‘business social hub’ in the centre of its IFSEC stand where they will have the opportunity to enjoy a select range of Korean food and refreshments.
