Control room video wall manufacturers eyevis UK launches a unique on-site demonstration service to allow potential clients to see their displays and technology in operation.

The move follows an increase in enquiries from businesses and organisations keen to invest in eyevis products and integrate its video wall controller system with external applications such as security and traffic management systems.

Highlighting unique aspects

eyevis UK Managing Director Steve Murphy said the live demos were much more effective than PowerPoint presentations at showcasing the versatility and unique aspects of eyevis products.

They include the Netpix 4900 video wall controller, which provides in an easy and user-friendly way individual outputs into a coherent large video wall display, which can be used to present a wide range of network data as well as video and graphics sources.

Steve Murphy said: “We have begun a service where we take a small video wall display and controller so the end client can get all the key people in front of our technology and have features and their benefits explained to them. This includes showcasing how control room staff and visitors can easily collaborate using the video wall and effortlessly share their data from mobile devices on the wall.”

“This also helps to showcase our solutions for locations where space is limited and where reliability and ease of access for servicing are key. We recently did an on-site demo at the London headquarters of a global consultancy firm and around 12 consultants came over lunchtime and stayed for almost two hours and said it was so refreshing not to just have a PowerPoint presentation but a real-life demo.”

“It is something I have always believed in and the feedback we have been getting from our initial demonstrations is extremely positive.”
