24/7/365 primary monitoring centre
A central site for customer summits and tours, industry events, immersive demos, and training, the iO also houses Everon’s 24/7/365 primary monitoring centre including video monitoring supporting commercial customers of all sizes, ranging from complex commercial enterprise organisations to multi-site National Accounts.
Visitors also have a chance to engage with the organisation’s centralised customer support functions, including the Customer Care teams and Customer Technical and Service Support.
