Since joining Elite in 2018, Zatulov has been integral to pioneering the business to double-digit year-over-year growth, substantial increases in recurring monthly revenue (RMR) and low single-digit customer attrition.

Zatulov is an accomplished business operator with more than a decade of experience at the executive level of complex organisations with a focus on technology companies. 

In addition to his enormous daily impact with Elite, during his relatively short time in the security industry, he has garnered significant recognition including Elite capturing the Security Industry Alarm Coalition’s 2020 Police Dispatch Quality (PDQ) Award. In 2022, he was named to Security Systems News’ 40 Under 40 list of fast-rising industry pioneers.

Prior roles of Zatulov

Prior to joining Elite, Zatulov served as a senior executive at a private equity firm focused on lower-middle market acquisitions where he directly oversaw operations of several publicly recognised brands. He began his career as a CPA where he was involved in both business consulting and tax strategy practices. 

Zatulov received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
