DigiCert, Inc., the provider of TLS/SSL, IoT and PKI solutions, announces that private equity firms Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (‘Clearlake’) and TA Associates have completed their previously announced investment in DigiCert. Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
