Viking’s X-205 Series of intercoms provide HD IP video and two-way voice communication, all wrapped up in an attractive compact chassis.

X-Series

We are thrilled to introduce the new X-Series,” said Greg Yocom, Senior Sales Engineer for Viking Electronics, adding “These intercoms offer our customers the features they want and the reliability they trust.

Built-in HD video camera

The intercoms feature a built-in HD video camera with H.264 video compression, low light sensitivity, and a wide viewing angle. Dual 1080p video streams can be viewed on a desktop monitor or IP video phone; with data stored locally on an NVR or remotely with a cloud storage provider.

Onboard relay, built-in auto dialer

The intercoms feature an onboard relay with settings for access control, activating lights

A built-in auto dialer activates when the call button is pressed and will cycle through up to 5 pre-programmed phone numbers on busy signal or no answer.

The intercoms feature an onboard relay with settings for access control, activating lights, or triggering door chimes and other relay-activated devices.

PoE-powered, ONVIF-compliant

The X-205 intercoms are PoE-powered and connect using an RJ-45 connection with CAT-5e cable. The units are ONVIF compliant and programmed via web UI. For outdoor applications, models are available with Enhanced Weather Protection designed to meet the IP66 Ingress Protection Rating.

The X-205 Series features an attractive compact surface mount chassis that is available in three different finishes: brushed stainless steel, oil-rubbed bronze, or textured black.
