IWCE offers attendees other opportunities to learn and network for free

Penton’s IWCE keynote speakers includes Roger Cressey and Dr. Reginald Brothers

Penton’s International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) has announced Roger Cressey, a counter-terrorism analyst for NBC News and former presidential advisor, will give the Opening Keynote Address for its 2015 show. Dr. Reginald Brothers, Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Science and Technology at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), will give the Morning Keynote Address, which directly follows the Opening Keynote Address.

Both Keynote Addresses will occur on Wednesday, March 18, and are free to all badged attendees. Registration for IWCE 2015, which will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is currently open.

In addition to being a counter-terrorism analyst for NBC News, Roger Cressey is currently a partner in the Arlington, Virginia-based Liberty Group Ventures, LLC, a firm that specialises in cybersecurity, campus security and sports security. Previously, Cressey was a presidential advisor for both the Clinton and the George W. Bush administrations. His Opening Keynote Address will focus on privacy, technology and cybersecurity.

As Under Secretary for Science and Technology at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Dr. Reginald Brothers is responsible for the management and oversight of the Science and Technology Directorate, the Department of Homeland Security’s main research and development division and technical core. Previously, Dr. Brothers was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research. Dr. Brothers will discuss the latest advancements and offerings from the Department of Homeland Security during the Morning Keynote Address.
