High demand for Hirsch Security Systems results in additional investment from Corporate

To support the continued rapid growth in Hirsch Electronics business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Hirsch announced today the expansion of Hirsch EMEA, Hirsch's European sales and support office located in Milan, Italy.  Hirsch has added pre- and post-sales support staff, additional technical support specialists, technology infrastructure, and has also announced plans for additional sales staff in the region in 2007 to support Hirsch EMEA channel partners.

Hirsch EMEA provides Hirsch channel partners, end-users and the specifying community in the region with sales and technical support services for Hirsch's award-winning access control and security management system.

"We are supporting customers from Sweden to South Africa, from Ireland to the UAE, and everywhere in between," comments Nicola "Niki" Caletti, Managing Director of Hirsch EMEA.  "They like that we are near their time zone, are experts in the Hirsch hardware and software, and maintain an inventory for quick delivery.  Like the Hirsch headquarters in the U.S., we offer system design services, custom configurations, commissioning, and training in addition to traditional technical and sales support."

John Piccininni, Hirsch vice president of sales, notes, "Because we've sold internationally for more than twenty-five years, we've developed a mature distribution network and quality services to support our customers, wherever they may be.  Hirsch EMEA is a great example of this, and our expanded investment in Hirsch EMEA demonstrates Hirsch's continued commitment its international customers, resellers, and prospective users."
