Opgal signs a reseller agreement with Celte SRL

Opgal Optronic Industries, a leading global provider of innovative thermal imaging and near infrared illumination solutions for security and safety applications, recently announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with Celte SRL, a leading Italian distributor that specialises in electronic components for telecommunications, high-tech, industrial and security applications.

Opgal provides one of the broadest thermal imaging and near infrared illumination product lines available. It addresses security applications with both cooled and uncooled cameras delivering unmatched picture quality enabling accurate analytics. Used by hundreds of customers in over 50 countries, the company has been providing thermal imaging solutions for 30 years.

As one of the most established Italian distributors and a key supplier to the Italian Fire Brigade and to numerous companies in the electrical power and security sectors in Europe, Celte SRL is ideally positioned to distribute Opgal’s leading range of safety, industrial and security solutions.

Celte and Opgal will participate jointly at Expo Emergenze, the exhibition of civil defense and security technologies that will be held on February 9-12, 2012, in Perugia, Italy. The companies will jointly conduct demonstration workshops on Opgal’s EyeSec continuous-zoom and fire-detection solution.
