As a key member of the Harmony Alliance, GJD shared stand space with other members creating the 'Harmony Village'

GJD, one of the world’s most innovative leaders in British manufacturing and design of professional external detector equipment including Clarius® Infra-Red and White-Light LED Illuminators recently exhibited at IFSEC 2015 on stand F1160. GJD proudly showcased its latest intruder protection solutions consisting of IP surveillance, wired and wireless detectors and innovative lighting solutions. Many visitors from Europe, Africa and the Middle East came to the newly designed GJD stand and experienced the most advanced detection technology, received knowledgeable security insights and exchanged business details and opportunities.

Laser-Watch surveillance sensor

The company has quickly adapted to the digital era and launched its ground-breaking Laser-Watch surveillance sensor, which is the newest addition to the company’s extensive IP/digital range. The Laser-Watch is a powerful sensor for detecting objects and humans with great accuracy at long distances. A major advantage is that it can be used without the need for light, reflectors or separate transmitters and receivers that are used by other systems. It is the perfect solution for police stakeout operations and other temporary perimeter security systems including harbours, airports, large industrial areas and freight terminals.

D-TECT IP detector range

In addition to the Laser-Watch the new D-TECT IP range was also on display. The IP detectors work in conjunction with a bespoke and user-friendly web based interface affording intuitive and quick online access. Another key benefit is that the user can change all of the detector settings remotely via the interface. Some of the adjustable settings include the ability to alter the LUX level trigger, sensitivity and detection range as well as setting activation for specific times.

GJD’s success at IFSEC

Other industry leading products shown during IFSEC included Clarius Infra-Red and White-Light illuminators, the second generation D-LITE and the Dygizone lighting controller. Commenting on GJD’s success at IFSEC, Mark Tibbenham the company’s Managing Director said: “IFSEC 2015 has been a great success. We launched an unprecedented number of product innovations and in turn we received a high number of quality leads”.

The 'Harmony Village'

GJD is part of the Harmony Alliance, which is a group of world-class electronic security manufacturers that have united together to offer innovative security solutions. As a key member of the Alliance, GJD shared stand space with other members creating the 'Harmony Village'.

It is a tradition for the Alliance to host an annual invitation-only party after IFSEC to thank their UK and international business partners. The event was deemed a great success with a skilled magician entertaining guests.
