ISONAS and Milestone have combined forces to help customers throughout the world integrate video and access control seamlessly
ISONAS has waived its license fee as of January 1st for the ISONAS ACX license to integrate with Milestone ACM

ISONAS Inc., a leading pure IP access control system manufacturer, has partnered with Milestone Systems, the open platform company in IP video management software (VMS), to deliver an integrated video and access control solution to customers. This unique solution provides a seamless integration of the Milestone XProtect® Smart Client and the ISONAS Crystal Matrix software allowing customers to keep their current Milestone video management software interface on the front end while adding access control to the back end. This eliminates the need to re-train users on a new system.

This complete integrated system fits within a customer’s existing IP video infrastructure and combines the power of network-based “Pure IP” panel-less access control technology and IP video management software as a unified, efficient solution. The integration delivers real-time monitoring with video verification and the ability to respond to incidents including locking and unlocking doors or triggering a full system lockdown.

Milestone will be presenting this unique integrated solution to its customers and partners during the upcoming MIPS (Milestone Integration Platform Symposium) in Las Vegas on February 24th and 25th.

“ISONAS is extremely excited to be exhibiting at MIPS and helping Milestone, a world leader in IP video management software, spread the word about this powerful integrated solution,” states Rob Mossman, CEO at ISONAS.

As an added benefit, ISONAS has waived its license fee as of January 1st for the ISONAS ACX license to integrate with the Milestone Access Control Module (ACM). Customers can now save $95 per access point which offers a significant savings for companies with a high number of doors or other access points.

ISONAS and Milestone have combined forces to help customers throughout the world integrate video and access control seamlessly. ProTrans is one customer of the Milestone/ISONAS solution, at their facility in Laredo, Texas, which is used to store 3rd party inventory.  Together, ISONAS and Milestone provided ProTrans with a state-of-the-art, full IP topology for their video and access control solution.  ProTrans now has the ability to monitor, verify and restrict access to the facility while managing employee time and attendance and reducing theft and misplacement of inventory.
