| Any product purchased through an unauthorised source will void the product warranty |
Recently, we have noticed Dahua Brand Products being sold unauthorised on e-Bay, aliexpress and other e-commerce platforms, which tremendously affects Dahua Technology Co., Ltd and its customers in a negative way. Dahua Technology would like to make the following statement:
1. Dahua Technology only sells wholesale products through authorised distributors to ensure that customers obtain proper support and services, and Dahua Technology has never sold Dahua Brand Products on any e-commerce websites.
2. If a Dahua Technology product is purchased from an unauthorised distributor, websites or other sources, it will not be honoured or serviced under existing Dahua Technology warranty policy. Any sale of products by an unauthorised source or other manner not authorised by Dahua Technology will void the warranty of the product.
3. Dahua Technology reserves the rights to lodge a claim against those who infringe Dahua Technology’s legal rights.
