Steve holds over 17 years of diverse experience across the electronics industry

Keyscan Inc, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Dentinger to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing.

In addition to his Director of Marketing portfolio, Steve will now be responsible to plan and steer all sales and new business development strategies and activities across Keyscan’s entire corporate footprint.

Steve holds over 17 years of diverse experience across the electronics industry. He was first introduced to the world of security earl y in his career. Through a major account sales role with a security distributor, he was responsible for managing high-calibre accounts such as ADT and Chubb.

He then expanded his technology and business skill sets when he joined General Electric Corporation as a Product Support Engineer. In this role he held responsibility for many aspects of their digital protection technology product line.

As often said in our industry, however, once you're in the ‘security fraternity’ you never truly leave. This holds true for Steve when he returned to the industry in a leading role with Keyscan Access Control Systems’ marketing department in 2006. In this role, Steve planned and launched a multitude of programs that increased Keyscan’s brand reach across Canada, United States and Latin America. As a result of his accomplishments with Keyscan, in 2009, Steve was promoted to Director of Marketing and has been responsible for driving Keyscan's marketing and new product development efforts.

“Steve is clearly the ideal person for this role,” said John Dyall, President, Keyscan Inc. “His tremendous marketing and sales skill and ability combined with his wealth of accomplishments and experience position him well for this expanded role. He will no doubt continue to grow and evolve our brand and sales to even greater heights.”
