They are the leading provider in the area for residential and commercial security and networking industries. Vintage also serves the custom home builder market with high-end home security and entertainment systems.

“Vintage Security aligns well with Protection 1,” explained Protection 1 Executive Vice President and CFO Dan Bresingham. “In addition to their pristine focus on the customer experience, they have proven themselves as a growing company with a solid customer and employee base.”

Vintage Security is led by Rick Brokaw, an industry veteran who has worked with members of Protection 1’s executive team before and who, along with his 100 employees, will be joining the Protection 1 team.

“I am happy to be working with Rick again,” stated Protection 1 CEO Timothy J. Whall. “His ability to lead his team while keeping the customer first and foremost in everyone’s mind is a key to his success, and we welcome that mindset to the Protection 1 family.”

Brokaw was equally excited, stating, “I am excited to join an organization with a national footprint that has had unparalleled success with their customer service. Vintage is very similar in that regard. The decision to again work with Tim Whall and his team was an easy one to make.”
