Tyco Security Products showcases its Connected Home, featuring DSC products, which provides consumers with the ability to manage security, lights, heat, locks and more, through interactive demos at booth #22025 at ISC West in Las Vegas, April 15-17, 2015.

Highlighted in the Connected Home is the DSCTouch, a smart, intuitive, easy to use, all-in-one wireless panel, complete with a 7-inch touchscreen which is the latest innovation in the home automation segment.

Integrated with Alarm.com

Uniquely based on the Android operating system and integrated with Alarm.com, DSCTouch employs Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Z-Wave technology, built-in radios for cellular and the ability to communicate with Alarm.com’s Image Sensor Motion Detector. With distinctive dual-path connectivity over GSM and WiFi, DSCTouch is the next generation in keypad, alarm and home control technology for the connected home.

“DSC is pleased to present a multitude of industry-leading connected home solutions and solution providers from which to choose,” said Tim Myers, Director of Product Management, Intrusion, Tyco Security Products. “We are especially pleased to unveil the innovative DSCTouch smart panel which provides customers with home management and interactive security capabilities in an all-in-one, intuitive and easy to use interface.”

DSC intrusion systems

The Connected Home also demonstrates the capabilities of some other featured DSC intrusion systems – with interactive demos which focus on the ability to control electric blinds, small appliances, lights and more. PowerSeries Neo, powered by Alarm.com, provides consumers with connected home services through a cloud-based technology platform and web-based solutions.
