Michael will now have the entire IdentiSys sales organisation under his responsibility including direct sales, sales support and inside sales
The management changes will help IdentiSys focus on providing customers with world class sales and service

IdentiSys Inc., North America’s largest sales and service integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response, and access control security systems, recently announced the organisational changes.

"Michael Shields II has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Sales. In addition to continuing with his current role in running our ID Connection business, Michael will now have all of the IdentiSys sales organisation under his responsibility including direct sales, sales support and inside sales. Michael’s leadership in running ID Connection and the growth we have experienced in this part of our business were key components for this decision. Michael will continue to report to Deb Ferril, president of IdentiSys Inc."

Joe Wright will continue in his position as Senior Vice President, Sales and will report to Michael. Joe’s role in leading most experienced direct sales staff will remain the same plus; he has been named as the “Champion” for four key growth areas within the company and will work closely across all of its sales organisation to increase its market share. Also reporting to Michael will be three Directors of Sales who are responsible for an additional 25 sales representatives plus its ID Connection sales representatives.

“Due to our significant growth, especially over the past couple of years through sales and acquisitions, we felt there was a strong need to reorganise and promote key individuals in the organisation. We are constantly evaluating how we do business and the best way to provide our customers with the focused support they require. One way to ensure that this is happening, is to constantly look at how we run the organisation and the key individuals we have overseeing our areas of expertise,” said Deb Ferril, president of IdentiSys. “The management changes we have put in place and the individuals we have in these positions will help us to remain focused on providing our customers with the world class sales and service expertise they have come to expect. As with any organisation in a strong growth position, we need to make sure that we maintain and grow our areas of expertise. I am confident that with the team we have in place, we will be able to continue to expand our sales and service.”
