IndigoVision’s security solutions to be displayed at IFSEC 2010
IndigoVision will be showcasing its revolutionary NVR-AS 3000 standalone ‘Green' Network Video Recorders

IndigoVision, the leading manufacturer of complete IP-CCTV security solutions, will be demonstrating a number of new products at this year's IFSEC show, including a technology preview of their ONVIF video management software 'Control Center'. This can display video from many leading camera manufacturers including Sony, Axis, Bosch and Panasonic. This underpins IndigoVision's support for the IP video open standards. The ONVIF specification will ensure interoperability between network video products regardless of manufacturer.

Also on show will be new additions to IndigoVision's range of high-definition (HD) IP cameras

IndigoVision will be showcasing its revolutionary NVR-AS 3000 standalone ‘Green' Network Video Recorders (NVRs), which can deliver high-performance IP video storage solutions with extremely low power consumption and heat dissipation - typically less than 10W per Terabyte of useable RAID 5 storage. Each NVR can record video and audio from up to 64 cameras and playback up to 20 video streams at full frame rate simultaneously. Several models are available with different storage capacities from either integrated fixed disks or hot-swappable removable drives. All the NVRs use the latest hard drive technology from Seagate, with disks that have been developed for continuous video surveillance recording.

Also on show will be new additions to IndigoVision's range of high-definition (HD) IP cameras, which are guaranteed to never drop a frame, under any circumstances. The combination of direct sensor to network hardware encoding and advanced H.264 compression technology allows IndigoVision to offer this unique guarantee and deliver outstanding video quality at extremely low bit rates. This both reduces the network bandwidth and video archive storage and allows HD cameras to be used on everyday CCTV applications.
