Pete will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for Wavestore’s open platform VMS

Wavestore continues to grow its sales team with news that Pete Ward had been recruited as EMEA Account Manager.

Pete will be working closely with installers, system integrators and Wavestore distributors throughout Africa, the Middle East and the UK to identify new business opportunities for the company’s open platform video recording and management solutions.

“We have been enjoying significant success in the EMEA region over recent years with 2014 sales forecast to reach record levels,” said Chris Williams, Director of Wavestore “We are therefore delighted to have been able to recruit the services of an individual of Pete’s calibre who will be able to help us build on this success and ensure we maintain our position as one of the fastest growing independent manufacturers operating within the electronic security sector.”

Immediately prior to joining Wavestore, Pete performed a similar role for data and video specialists, Teleste, where he had worked since 2005. Commenting on his appointment, Pete said: “Wavestore has established an enviable reputation for providing world class robust, reliable and flexible VMS solutions. Most importantly, the company is totally committed to an open platform philosophy and this creates opportunities for customers to achieve a seamless integrated security solution that can incorporate a wide range of third party technologies and systems, regardless of the size or complexity of the project. I am looking forward to promoting this message and to be able to demonstrate how Wavestore’s solutions can help generate sales growth for our business partners throughout the EMEA region.”
