ISC West attendees have the opportunity to speak to product experts and learn about which edition of PPM’s Perspective incident management software is right for their needs
PPM is launching a special Spring Promotion to emphasise support of cross-platform solutions

PPM 2000, the industry’s leading authority on incident management, is demonstrating the strength of incident management software to deliver business intelligence and measurable ROI as a mission-critical element of PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) initiatives. At this year’s ISC West show, PPM is showcasing all four editions of Perspective by PPM™, the company’s powerful and flexible solution for enterprise security risk management through dispatching, incident reporting, and analytics. A special limited time promotion launching at the show also spotlights PPM’s commitment to expanding the capabilities of incident management through integration.

“Our objective is to help organisations improve incident response while, at the same time, creating an invaluable knowledge base for reference and analysis,” said Elaine O’Sullivan, President & Co-CEO, PPM. “Using big data to improve an organisation’s understanding of what’s happening − including frequency, trending, and impact analysis − gives them the tools necessary to manage resources, minimise impact, and, ultimately, prevent incidents through informed decision-making and the most effective countermeasures.”

A pioneer in the field of incident management, PPM developed Perspective, the company’s end-to-end enterprise solution, to address the unique needs of both operations and investigations. By sharing event data and related information, both security disciplines can collaborate to identify trends, take meaningful action, and reduce risk.

Perspective takes advantage of the latest technology to facilitate interaction, communication, and integration. Event data can be imported into and exported from Perspective, expanding the number of data sources and facilitating fast incident response, complete incident documentation, and collaboration across systems, teams and departments. Remote access through Perspective’s iOS app or web portal frees users from their desks and elevates the simplicity of both data collection and information delivery.

ISC West attendees have the opportunity to speak to product experts and learn about which edition of PPM’s Perspective incident management software is right for their needs, and to get a hands-on demonstration of Perspective’s capabilities.

To emphasise their support of cross-platform solutions, PPM is launching a special Spring Promotion at this year’s ISC West show for all integration projects incorporating the company’s Perspective incident management software. New and existing customers will have the opportunity to enhance their end-to-end incident management while lowering costs, a double benefit to both security and business operations.

With this promotion, PPM customers will save 20% on any Perspective integration project purchased before May 30, 2014. In addition, PPM will offer an extra 20% off their new Perspective Connectors for AMAG Symmetry, Code Blue EMS, and Lenel OnGuard for a total savings of 40%. New Perspective users will get one Connector for free and save an extra 20% on all others. The promotion will run from April 1, 2014 to May 30, 2014.

Also during the conference, PPM partner SureView Systems will moderate an informative learning session on situational awareness and risk mitigation. The session will include discussion on topics including incident management and post-incident reporting.
