Trigion forges strong client relationships, offering exceptionally high quality services and value for money

Company offers security solutions to a wide range of public and private sector clients

Trigion Security – the specialist security solution arm of Facilicom UK and one of the fastest growing security companies in the south of England, is looking to expand its reach across the entire country over the next three years – offering innovative security solutions to a wide range of public and private sector clients. With an NSI Gold Guarding solution accreditation and ISO 9001, Trigion forges strong client relationships, while offering exceptionally high quality services and value for money.

Manned guarding services – including static guarding, mobile patrols and key-holding duties – are delivered by stringently vetted security officers, all of whom are screened to NSI Standards BS7858. In addition, Trigion guards receive training in people and communication skills, guaranteeing a higher standard of customer service and professionalism, a welcome bonus for the offices of blue-chip clients, where Trigion guards are often the first point of contact for visitors. Trigion has earned NSI Gold Approval for the installation and maintenance of its electronic security systems which encompass access control and CCTV surveillance. Customers are increasingly seeking a “People Plus” solution to their security requirements, combining the best guarding protocols together with state of the art technical solutions to achieve a high quality and cost effective result. Trigion are ideally placed to offer this combination.

2014 – Year of steady expansion for Trigion

2014 was a year of steady expansion for Trigion, with both the manned guarding and technical sides of the business showing rapid growth; the latter developing particularly quickly. The company has appointed four new business development managers to continue this success into 2015 and beyond. A corresponding influx of new colleagues in a number of departments – including operations, payroll, human resources (HR), administration and sales – ensures that the company is well-equipped for further growth.

"The added value our security guards give, thanks to their regular training, which includes customer service and communication skills, makes Trigion stand out from the competition"

Trigion was recognised as the first UK independent security specialist to receive Recognised Service Provider status with the Living Wage Foundation. This acknowledges the company’s continuing commitment to delivering social sustainability and fair pay.

Trigion’s customer base has widened considerably

Jan-Hein Hemke, managing director of Facilicom UK, parent company of Trigion, said: “It has been a pleasure to watch Trigion go from strength to strength in recent years. Our customer base has widened considerably, from our core clientele in the south of England, moving steadily further north, through the Midlands and Home Counties. The added value our security guards give, thanks to their regular training, which includes customer service and communication skills, makes Trigion stand out from the competition. I have every confidence that the team we have in place will take the company to even greater success in the future.”
