The Partner Portal features a full product library, covering CCTV, access control and video intercom, linked to a central database and provides instant answers to product related questions

Panasonic’ Channel Marketing Manager - Valerie Poret stated about portal’s potential to maximise sales

Panasonic is set to launch a new B2B Partner Portal making it easier for distributors and resellers of security products to access customer facing information and register new business.

The web-based service will open to Panasonic’s Security Solutions clients Europe-wide. It follows the launch of similar portals for Panasonic’s Visual Systems and Communications divisions earlier this year.

Access to the latest technical resources

Professionals who sign up for the scheme will have access to the latest technical resources such as software, firmware and operating instructions; product information such as product specifications and high resolution images; and the latest marketing elements such as brochures, competitive information, market studies and more.

The Partner Portal features a full product library, covering CCTV, access control and video intercom, linked to a central database and provides instant answers to product related questions.

Closing gap between Panasonic, channel partners & end user

Speaking at IFSEC 2015, Valerie Poret, Panasonic European Channel Marketing Manager, said, “The Partner Portal is about closing the gap between Panasonic, our channel partners and the end user. Clients will have access to a wealth of resources through the portal allowing them to maximise potential sales and achieve the highest levels of service for our shared customers.”

“This portal creates a large reseller, system integrator, distributor and consultant community who can access everything from security cameras to IP communication solutions and professional displays,” Poret continued

Portal available throughout Europe by September

The portal will be available throughout Europe in five languages, with a total of nine languages by September.

Panasonic has Europe’s largest B2B technology line-up. 70 per cent of the company’s revenue globally is generated within the B2B market.
