Steve Kirby joins Mayflex as Extreme Networks Vendor Manager
Mayflex, the cabling infrastructure, networking and physical security solutions distributor, has appointed a new Extreme Networks Vendor Manager to look after sales of the Extreme Networks product range. Steve Kirby joins Mayflex with over 15 years experience and knowledge of the data networking and managed services industry. Prior to joining Mayflex, Steve has held senior sales roles at a leading network integrator and at a number of channel based service organisations.

Steve's primary role within the company will be to develop the sales strategy for the Extreme Networks business, securing the existing business and working to build new relationships within the reseller community alongside developing the new Mayflex Channel Assist service proposition.

Kenny Presly, Sales Director at Mayflex comments: "Steve is a great addition to our existing networking team. The Extreme Networks product range plays an important part in our networking portfolio. I am confident that, with Steve's past experience and his hard work and commitment, that we will continue to offer our existing customers the levels of service they have become accustomed to."

Presly continues, "Steve is currently undergoing an intensive induction course and will be gradually meeting with existing customers over the next couple of weeks."
