LEGIC Identsystems Ltd., the world-leading supplier of contactless smart card technology for personal identification applications, and the Polish security specialist ID Electronics Ltd. have signed a licence agreement.

With their long experience in the field of access control and other security systems and their broad base of satisfied customers, the partnership with ID Electronics contributes to strengthening LEGIC's position in Eastern Europe.

ID Electronics was established in 1993 and played a substantial role in the development of the technical protection and security industry in Poland.  With 30 employees, the company provides complex and professional equipment, installations, services and projects in the field of electronic security systems, based on the leading and latest technologies.  With their sound diagnosis of customers' needs, individually developed concepts and tailor-made solutions they have grown to be the trusted security system providers for many Polish and international customers.  Amongst their clients are public administration facilities, office buildings, educational, cultural, financial, and insurance institutions, power plants, pharmaceutical companies, police, military, telecommunication, and tourist facilities.
