The parent company to the GTS and GGH divisions, Antech, will continue to be run as a stand-alone business
This acquisition aligns with CGI's global strategy to invest in strong, innovative products to enhance its portfolio

Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI), announced recently the acquisition of two Antech Guardian affiliates, based in Tucson, Arizona. The affiliates, Guardian Traffic Systems (GTS) and Guardian Gate Hinges (GGH), are both part of Antech's Perimeter Access Solutions offerings.

Diversifying product offerings

The GTS line will support CGI's LiftMaster brand by diversifying the LiftMaster product offering, adding road spikes, traffic barriers and systems to its current line of Perimeter Access Solutions.

"The Chamberlain Group is excited about the opportunities this acquisition presents," said Bob Markwart, President, LiftMaster Americas. "The GTS and GGH acquisitions will increase our total product offerings in Perimeter Access Solutions, enabling us to continue to provide our customers with innovative and high quality products."

The parent company to the GTS and GGH divisions, Antech, will continue to be run as a stand-alone business led by President David Roher and the company's highly experienced management team and sales force.

Global strategy for growth

"For us, it is an honour to partner with industry leaders like CGI and LiftMaster," said David Roher, President, Antech. "Having our products recognised by these leaders speaks to our mutual commitment to innovation, quality and manufacturing excellence."

This acquisition aligns with CGI's global strategy to invest in strong, innovative products that enhance the company's portfolio and grow its capability to serve the Perimeter Access Solutions market.

"LiftMaster takes pride in providing products that serve all our customers' needs," said Steve Levine, Vice President & SBU Leader, Perimeter Access Solutions. "Now we have even more to offer them. This is a great win for us."

"We're always looking for ways to expand our product offerings and better serve our customers," said James Roberts, Chamberlain Group CEO. "Being an industry leader means constantly innovating and developing, and this acquisition supports the continued growth of our company."
