Altronix expands NetWay line with NetWay8E Endspan and upgraded NetWay8G Midspan

Altronix, a provider of power and transmission solutions for the professional security industry, further expanded its popular line of NetWay PoE Solutions with the introduction of the new NetWay8E Endspan and an upgraded Midspan, the NetWay8G.

Greater power and faster transmission rates

Remote management capability

The NetWay8E Endspan features an integral PoE switch with two 1Gb uplinks and eight 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports. The NetWay8G Midspan also features eight 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports. Both units provide up to 30W full power per port to support PoE or PoE+ devices and are equipped with both remote management capabilities and the ability to remotely reset IP devices, potentially reducing valuable labor and maintenance costs.

LINQ Network Communication Technology

The NetWay8G and NetWay8E are designed in a space-saving 1U rackmount chassis, include battery charging for applications requiring back-up power, and feature Altronix’s advanced LINQ Network Communication Technology to monitor, control and report power and diagnostics from anywhere over the network.
