Allied Universal®, a global security and facility services company, recently announced the acquisition of Norred & Associates, Inc., an Atlanta, Georgia-based full-service security firm. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With revenues over $36 million and more than 830 employees, Norred & Associates has been providing clients with a full range of security services encompassing manned guarding, investigations, pre-employment screening, and security consulting.

Since 1981, Norred & Associates has served many of Atlanta’s businesses, as well as numerous Fortune 500 companies in the Southeast and nationwide.
