Agent Video Intelligence (Agent Vi), the provider of comprehensive video analytics solutions, announces the next generation of innoVi, Agent Vi's AI-powered, open architecture video analytics solution for security, safety and business intelligence applications.

Available as a cloud-hosted service or as an on-premise solution, innoVi employs deep learning algorithms trained specifically on surveillance footage, allowing for unprecedented detection accuracy. innoVi is uniquely designed to support large scale distributed installations, from monitoring stations to large enterprises, critical infrastructure to smart cities.

Video analytics functionalities

Users can now see detected events in their corresponding geo-location on a city or site map

The new generation of innoVi boasts a complete set of video analytics capabilities addressing all aspects of the video environment including real-time event detection based on user-defined rules, self-learning real-time anomaly detection, advanced video search with instant verification, and an innovative map-based user workflow which allows all video analytics functionalities to be managed through an intuitive map interface.

At ISC West 2019, Agent Vi will unveil the following new capabilities for innoVi: Map-based user workflow with geospatial awareness creates a new way for users to interact with their analytics environment from setup to search to verification of real-time detections. Users can now see detected events in their corresponding geo-location on a city or site map, as well as enable rule-definitions, and run search queries based on map-referenced camera locations.

Rapid video verification

These new capabilities allow users to interact intuitively with the system, grasp the context of events, respond to security threats, and run investigations in a much more effective way, bringing analytics to a new and higher level. VMS-agnostic video search with instant verification enables users to effortlessly search for and retrieve specific events or objects of interest from large amounts of recorded video, replacing cumbersome, labour-intensive, manual searches. innoVi now allows rapid video verification of search results, independent of the VMS used by the customer.

Custom object detection enables detection of specific object types to meet the unique requirements of innoVi users. The capability is based on customised deep learning models that are trained in line with the customers’ particular needs.

Robust software architecture

innoVi’s centrally managed video analytics offering is available as a cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) and as an on-premise solution

innoVi’s scalable and robust software architecture, designed with IT environments in mind, offers high availability, simple installation, always up-to-date software, and unlimited scalability. innoVi’s centrally managed video analytics offering is available as a cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) and as an on-premise solution.

Agent Vi will be demonstrating innoVi at ISC West, 10-12 April 2019 in Las Vegas, NV, USA, at the Agent Vi pod within the following booths: Axis Communications (#14051) and Milestone Systems (#18053). Also at ISC West, Agent Vi’s video analytics solutions will be presented at two educational sessions: a special end user panel discussion: Safe, Secure & Smart: Case Study of the City of Vicente López, Argentina, April 10, 2019, 1:45 PM – 2:45 PM, Sands Rm. 302, and Deep Learning Demystified: Next-Generation Artificial Intelligence Applied to Video on April 11, 2019, 9:45 AM – 10:45 AM, Sands Rm. 201, featuring Agent Vi VP Business Development, Cloud Services, AJ Frazer as the presenter.
