AFA Protective Systems, (AFA) a New York based super regional fire safety and security systems integrator, announces that the company has appointed Mike Putman as the Regional Sales & Business Development Manager in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Putman will be responsible for expanding AFA’s business in the southeast territory and leveraging the long-term customer relationships that AFA has built over the years. The company has provided building owners and end users with best-in-class fire and security solutions for over 143 years and will continue to cultivate and expand these relationships in the Atlanta area.

Previous experience

Mr. Putman brings more than 25 years of experience to AFA, which includes a degree in Forensic Science and working in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff at the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office. He furthered his career with Senior Management positions held at high profile security companies and is a true veteran in the security industry. “I’m excited to join such a prestigious company and help build a team of fire and security professionals who bring a diverse background and expertise to AFA’s long standing customer base,” states Mike Putman, AFA’s Regional Sales Manager.
