360 Vision’s Predator Hybrid camera is all about supporting the very best in surveillance performance, both now and into the future

360 Vision are inviting visitors to discuss how one can future-proof an existing CCTV installation’s imaging performance

CCTV design and manufacturing company, 360 Vision Technology, will be showing their latest Predator Hybrid PTZ ‘all-in-one’ high-performance imaging camera, at next week’s Global MSC Security Conference & Exhibition.

The optional Predator ‘Hybrid’ upgrade provides both analogue and HD functionality in one camera package, allowing a traditional surveillance installation with standard analogue cabling to transmit 4:3 HD quality images, then in combination with an upgrade to HD infrastructure, display full HD 1080p widescreen images – and all without changing or returning to the camera!

Supporting the best in surveillance performance

“360 Vision’s Predator Hybrid camera is all about supporting the very best in surveillance performance, both now and into the future,” says Mark Rees, Business Development Director at 360 Vision. “With Predator Hybrid, installers and end-users can confidently invest in the future, with our Hybrid ‘Patent pending’ technology, to capture switchable full High Definition widescreen imaging - without the need to change the camera unit when they upgrade an existing site to HD cable infrastructure. There’s a massive amount of legacy analogue CCTV systems that are just crying out for HD upgrades, but budgets often don’t allow both camera and infrastructure changes. That’s why we developed a simple but effective camera solution that can utilise existing coax/twisted pair cabling to deliver a HD ready experience today, and a full HD solution later.”

Currently available with infrared, white light, radar and built-in edge recording options (providing 128GB or 256GB of on-board storage space), ONVIF compliance or 360SDK protocols for fast set-up, and IP68 certification to ensure reliable performance in the harshest of environments, all Predator cameras are British designed and manufactured, and carry a comprehensive 3-year warranty.

To discuss how you too can successfully future-proof an existing CCTV installation’s imaging performance, 360 Vision are inviting visitors to Global MSC Security to discuss how this can be achieved using the new Predator Hybrid camera solution.
