Getting more value out of the investments that end users make in their solutions
Over the next year end users will push to
get more value out of their investments

Frontier 2014/2015 Review and Forecast:

One of the big trends we see playing out over the next year is a push to get more value out of the investments that end users make in their solutions. Certainly the solutions must meet the core needs of customers, but more focus is being applied towards how those solutions can improve processes, increase efficiency and provide better visibility of the organisation. Winners will be those organisations that can provide the tools and products to allow users to work more efficiently.

During 2014 we at Frontier found the market to be strong with our customers looking at selecting solutions as a part of long-term investments in their businesses. We received awards for our solutions that really validate the hard work we have put into improving the capabilities and usability of our solutions. One theme we have seen is that the scope of investment is changing to increase the use of technologies to achieve business goals, leading to larger projects than originally discussed and greater opportunity to work strategically with our customers.

After a great 2014 we look forward to an even better 2015. We went through a lot of changes in 2014, and to a great extent it was a re-launch of the organisation. We made great progress with our channel, our product and our customers. In 2015, we will see the benefits of the hard work the Frontier team put in throughout 2014. Our channel and customers are excited about our new direction, and we received spectacular reviews and feedback at ASIS 2014. We know we are on the right track and are excited for 2015 and beyond.

While our channel and customers have a clear understanding of the value we bring to their organisations, we are also very excited about the many ways we can improve our solutions for our channel and users. We have put a huge amount of focus on how we can improve our products and services in significant ways to provide greater benefit for end users. In some ways, this is through improving our channel’s ability to implement and support the solution, and in other ways it’s work on the product itself. We have made big improvements in how we provide information to our channel to improve their success as well.
