Supporting an advanced feature set and low pricing, the HRDP4FX is an ideal DVR for a wide variety of surveillance applications including small to medium-sized retail outlets, apartment buildings, service shops and warehouse facilities. Web browser remote access in addition to Remote Software opens up many new application possibilities for HRDP4FX. Business owners on-the-move in this highly mobile society can use a PC with a Web browser and Internet access to check-in on their businesses from virtually any location.

Recording at a rate of up to 100 images per second (ips) PAL, HRDP4FX supports high-end recording capabilities such as a user-friendly front panel, Record Set-up Wizard, express search, and 2 USB ports for copying video evidence to portable media. HRDP4FX supports continuous, event, and combined continuous/event recording and is configurable per channel. Upon detection of motion, HRDP4FX can automatically boost the ips recording rate to capture additional detail of the scene under motion. When saving video clips to portable media, a viewer executable is included with each clip, which eliminates the need to install a viewer separately on the computer used for evidence viewing. E-mail notification can be set up to alert DVR status conditions such as video loss, upon detection of motion, or in the event of sensor activity.
