Additional info:

DVTEL EV-116 H.264 port encoders are equipped with dual video stream H.264 (MPEG-4 Part 10) for viewing and recoding up to 15/12.5 FPS (NTSC/PAL) Single stream or 2CIF 15/12.5 FPS (NTSC/PAL) dual stream with 100% image quality. The encoders come with an optional audio interface, allowing for high quality bi-directional audio transmission. IEEE compliant,  EV-116 use the latest in multicast networking technology which enables a single stream to be transmitted to multiple viewers on the network simultaneously. This feature further reduces bandwidth and provides greater flexibility options for installation.
