The range included new 1 megapixel indoor dome, 1 megapixel outdoor bullet etc.
One of Australia's largest computer distribution companies and also VIVOTEK's local partner, Altech Computers, unveiled a new range of VIVOTEK cameras at Security 2010 trade show which was running from 1-3 September.

The range included new 1 megapixel indoor dome, 1 megapixel outdoor bullet and 1.3 megapixel full body camera's recording at a full 30 frames per second (PAL) with real-time resolution and night visibility. These new megapixel cameras were on show for the first time in Australia.

Adam Storo, Surveillance Manager of Altech Computers said: "VIVOTEK have worked very hard in closing the gap (cost wise) between analogue and an IP megapixel recording system. With the release of these cameras it is now possible to have a very affordable IP megapixel recording system. One of the major advantages in using the new cameras are they achieve full recording frames per second, which has always been an issue when moving from analogue to IP megapixel recording."
