mobiDEOS mobile surveillance application is compatible with various smartphones, tablets, DVRs and NVRs
MobileCamViewer offers carrier-grade cell phone-based video surveillance and remote monitoring solutions

The director of surveillance operations at several Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurants in Arkansas required a way to keep a 24/7 watch over two locations without being glued to a chair and has turned to the MobileCamViewer mobile surveillance application from mobiDEOS to accomplish her goal.

MobileCamViewer continues to generate interest from seemingly every corner of the business world, from public safety and construction site/property management to the corporate and retail world.  Five Guys Burgers and Fries is now one of a growing number of restaurants using MobileCamViewer to watch over general business operations and address security concerns when necessary.

“I can’t be in all restaurants all the time, but I need to be able to monitor my staff and the operations,” said Sivan Aballi, director of surveillance operations at Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Arkansas.  “MobileCamViewer gives me the freedom to leave the stores and be able to work while still having a social life.”

Aballi discovered MobileCamViewer while seeking a way to free her from the constraints of near-constant laptop monitoring.  She found the price reasonable and downloaded the iPhone app for her Rogers, Ark., restaurant location, integrating the application with multiple surveillance cameras.  She soon added MobileCamViewer to a second location in West Little Rock, noting the clear video feeds and ability to view restaurant activity in real time as key user benefits.

Aballi has also reduced her number of unnecessary trips to the restaurants, which in the past often amounted to three hours a day on the road for trivial reasons.  She has also used MobileCamViewer to correct procedural issues with staff.

MobileCamViewer offers secure, reliable carrier-grade cell phone-based video surveillance and remote monitoring solutions, providing “anytime, anywhere” mobile video surveillance

“I have a young manager who likes to brag that he’s the best manager of all my restaurants,” said Aballi “While viewing him over my iPhone I texted a screenshot from MobileCamViewer that caught him leaning on the dressing counter, and added a note that said ‘the best manager of all my stores’.  He didn’t do that again.  But it proves that my restaurant operations are more efficient because the staff understands that I can watch from anywhere at any time.”

MobileCamViewer offers secure, reliable carrier-grade cell phone-based video surveillance and remote monitoring solutions, providing “anytime, anywhere” mobile video surveillance for virtually every situation.  Its compatibility across many smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, NVRs and video servers as well as simple integration with PC and MAC-based iOS systems enables MobileCamViewer to comply with both new and existing network infrastructures.  The basic MobileCamViewer application is free, with incremental costs for premium service users.
