Avigilon promotes Bryan Schmode to executive vice president of global sales
Schmode will continue to expand his sales team around the world to accelerate Avigilon’s growth

Avigilon, a leader in high-definition (HD) and megapixel video surveillance solutions, announced the promotion of Bryan Schmode to executive vice president of global sales. Mr. Schmode has been instrumental in building Avigilon’s record-setting sales growth.

Avigilon recently announced its 2011 year-end and fourth quarter results in which sales revenues for the year were $60 million, up 86 percent from 2010. Fourth quarter sales were $18.8 million, also up 86 percent from Q4 2010. With this promotion Mr. Schmode will continue to expand his sales team around the world to accelerate Avigilon’s growth.

“Since joining Avigilon, Bryan has led the expansion of our global sales team into over 80 countries around the world,” said Alexander Fernandes, president and CEO of Avigilon. “His sales expertise and leadership talent led to a record-setting 2011 and I look forward to continued success with Mr. Schmode overseeing our sales force.”
