Ingersoll Rand announces appointment of N T Security as PegaSys Approved Installer
PegaSys is the latest wireless intelligent access control solution from Ingersoll Rand
Ingersoll Rand is delighted to announce that  NT Security has been granted Approved Installer status for its PegaSys Intelligent Access Control System. The Kent-based company will support the specification of the new PegaSys Intelligent Access Control System, create quotations, supply and install systems and provide after-sales service, support and maintenance for the South East of England.

PegaSys, the latest in wireless intelligent access control from Ingersoll Rand, provides an instant and cost-effective way to upgrade traditional mechanical doors into a fully electronically-controlled access system. This is designed to provide a simple solution to common access control and key management problems, such as replacing cylinders when keys are lost, unauthorised key duplication and the ability to audit user access.

PegaSys is an easy to manage system aimed at site managers who wish to improve the security and control of their premises but who are unable to commit to a significant investment or who do not want the inconvenience of having to replace existing doors. It provides many of the benefits of a networked hard-wired access control system in terms of functionality, flexibility, control and security but at a fraction of the cost.

Users are able to select a level of complexity to suit their environment and access control needs. Not only is the system simple but it is also flexible, allowing them easily to adapt and expand to suit changing requirements.

Furthermore, to reduce implementation costs and inconvenience, the PegaSys system is retrospectively compatible with existing technologies and credentials, so that sites which already use systems such as Mifare Classic or Legic can be easily adapted.

The PegaSys intelligent locking system is specifically designed for hospital, university, leisure, and airport, industrial or commercial building environments. Whether there is one door or thousands on a single site or on multiple sites, it can provide a solution to meet every contingency. The innovative system, which can be easily and economically upgraded as requirements change, means that users can focus on their core responsible of running their business or their facility with total peace of mind.
