Adam Norris will be working with the UK Sales team to further develop relationships
Adam has been tasked with developing and implementing a revised channel and pricing strategy at TDSi

Security solutions manufacturer, TDSi has appointed its new Director of UK Sales, Adam Norris. As part of his new role, Adam has been tasked with developing and implementing a revised channel and pricing strategy, which is designed to further support and develop TDSi’s valued partners.

John Davies, Managing Director of TDSi commented on the announcement, “I congratulate Adam on his appointment to this key role at TDSi. As a business we operate around the world, but 60% of our sales are in the UK and operate through our channel partners – so it’s vital that we remain highly competitive and work in collaboration with our customers. Adam has an impressive and innovative sales track record and is very experienced in the UK security solutions market “

Adam commented on his appointment to the role, “Having known John Davies for over 5 years we started talking about a variety of ideas on TDSi’s direction in UK sales. As our discussions developed it became clear that my experience could be a good fit with what TDSi is looking to achieve. It's exciting times at TDSi – as a company we punch well above our weight and the team is made up of a great bunch of people - I'm pleased that I will be working with them over the coming years.”

Before joining TDSi Adam was Business Development Director at AMAG Technology (EMEA & APAC) and National Accounts Director at Chubb Electronics Security UK. Outside his career in security sales he also coaches the local Academy Team at Bournemouth Rugby Club.

This is TDSi’s second UK sales appointment this year, with the appointment of Dan England as its new National Account Manager for UK Sales in January. Dan will be working with Adam and the rest of the UK Sales team to further develop relationships with the company’s existing key Platinum and Gold Partners, whilst also working with end users and installers to promote TDSi’s product range as the brand of choice.
